MusicCabinet is a niche product, and won't fit everyone. In case you want to switch back to vanilla Subsonic, note that MusicCabinet does irreversible changes to your Subsonic installation. A good example is the fact that Subsonic by default stores user passwords in clear text, while MusicCabinet stores them as salted hash sums, for increased security. That means it's just not possible to return right back - we no longer know which password to assign to each account.
To switch back, uninstall PostgreSQL, and exchange C:\Subsonic (Windows), /Library/Application Support/Subsonic (Mac), or /var/subsonic (*ix) with the backup you made before installing. In case you've lost your backup, simply rename the directory. Then run the Subsonic installer to go back in time.
