I have tried that but same error. By the way why would it still using Jetty when I'm using Tomcat? I am deploying it using Tomcat 6 though.

EDIT: It works when I try to run it via standalone method using the subsonic.sh script. Since I'm running the standalone temporarily now, is it possible to change the default port of 4040 to 8080?

Oh, it seems like I haven't pushed the Tomcat specific building code to Github, it's still only on my developing machine, sorry. I'll push next time I have access to it, I'm away for a couple of days now.

Until then, the standalone should work, and you can edit the subsonic.sh script to change port. It's the -Dsubsonic.port parameter.

Using a personal prefix for share links has been added in 0.7.13, for those of you running your own DNS.

I found this to be rather easy, although not elegant. Before anything else, you should NOT have a yourname.subsonic.org address (but maybe this doesn't matter?). First, elect to share an album. You will then be prompted to further define the share information by providing things like a description and a length of time to share (Expire In). Once your share is there your media is shared at whatever your IP address is /share/[whatever the random share name is - something like AmPME]. So if my domain were dumdedumdum.com the the share would be at http://www.dumdedumdumd.com/share/AmPME
