How to add new image/icon

So far I had put the Upload functon at the top.jsp. But I'm not sure where and how to point to the new upload image file. I'm not sure where is the following code points to:

That's Sindre's code, I think the easiest way to figure out how it works is search for "settingsImage" and you should find a reference for it in some theme settings file. It's pretty straight-forward to play around and make small, working additions to it just the same way.
