[Feature Request] Email Registered Users With Recently Added

Send an email to selected registered users with a customizable formated email announcing newly added songs/albums. A weekly/daily/manual option for the sending of the email as well as an option to include how many recently added albums in the email.

I think an RSS feed would be much less spammy.
