Hello i am trying to install MusicCabinet on a Synology Ds 1511+ with no success. anyone allready tried ?

I guess it comes from the Java version as i can only install java 6.

If anyone has it running , any work around ?

Is there absolute no way to get Java 7 running on that device? Java 6 just won't do.

for the moment it seems that java se 7 wont work .. ill carry on searching

I googled for synology java 7 and the first hit is this: http://packages.missilehugger.com/ (scroll down for java 7 package)

.. but as I don't have the hardware, I can't tell if it's legit and works.

I never found a java version working on my DS410. So it's quite possible ...

yes i allready know this but it's only for ARM but nothing for Atom yet :cry:
