For quite some time I had the feeling that some of my starred songs were disappearing, that they would still be in the library but not starred anymore. Now I am pretty sure it is the case as I starred two songs few days ago and that they aren't starred anymore. The computer has been on all the time, subsonic wasn't restarted either. I have 5 pages of starred tracks.

I assume you're using the sync starred tracks with last.fm option, and that you're using a fairly recent release? When you star a track it is automatically loved on last.fm (or it should be), and during scans loved tracks are imported from last.fm and replace your starred tracks. Can you check if the tracks that are missing as starred tracks appear among your loved tracks on last.fm?

Good assumptions! I totally forgot to give you these informations:
- version: 0.7.22
- sync starred/loved tracks: yes

Now I have starred them again, so I don't know for sure if the missing tracks while they weren't starred weren't anymore on last.fm. I can see on last.fm that the date for these loved tracks is the original date (saturday) while I have re-starred them today.

I have got the same problem. My starred songs are disappearing. At last.fm all my starred songs are correct, but in Musiccabinet each day there disappear a few starred songs. Now in Musiccabinet I have 115 starred songs and at Last.fm I have 135 starred songs. I am running version 0.7.24. Sync loved/starred tracks; yes.
