Reinstallation issues

I have this issue with a reinstallation. When I tried to upgrade to the most recent version of MusicCabinet using the subsonic.war file I ran into to strange login issues. Therefore, I shutdown apache, deleted the c:\subsonic directory, removed the webapps/subsonic directory and the subsonic.war. Reinstalled the war file, restarted apache, then I went to servername:8080/subsonic and received the following message:
Servlet jsp.WEB_002dINF.jsp.login_jsp is currently unavailable
The musiccablnet log file shows:
[2013-04-30 17:44:00] INFO PlaylistGeneratorService - MusicCabinet playlist service started at Tue Apr 30 17:44:00 EDT 2013.
[2013-04-30 17:44:02] DEBUG DatabaseAdministrationService - databaseUpdated = false
[2013-04-30 17:44:02] DEBUG DatabaseAdministrationService - databaseCreated = false
[2013-04-30 17:44:03] DEBUG PlaylistGeneratorService - allowed radio song length interval (45, 600)
I still need to run my subsonic.script to put back all my database entries and I'm not sure how I do that either. Any suggestions or recommendations would be great.
Thanks Bill
