I've been using my HP Touchpad for the last week or so and I love it! I'd like to make MiniSub more tablet optimized for a touch style interface.

I'm thinking of adding another option to the Preferences where you can choose what kind of display you are using. Tablet or Desktop. Not 100% sure how I'm going to implement it yet.

Developing an App for every mobile OS is a LOT of work. Make a good website and you only need to make one! Granted you loose some functionality but not very much imo.

Wouav! Works fine, easy to install...

Could it be working with the sharing option?
And what about a disconnect button?

But still, fine work, thanks!

I'm having an issue as well. I copied a MiniSub folder to the Subsonic directory. The folder contains the folders: images, js, and style. The MiniSub folder also has the 2 files: Index, readme.

After copying the folder into the subsonic directory I went to the following address: http://localhost:4040/MiniSub

I get the error:

HTTP ERROR: 404

NOT_FOUND
RequestURI=/Minisub/

Powered by Jetty://

If I'm not installing and running this correctly can you post instructions? I don't have any issues connecting to Subsonic using the normal interface.

Thanks for the work. I look forward to the development of this program.

Hi
I thought I would have a look at this but I seem to have one major issue - NO MUSIC LISTED :(
My Artist folder is empty.
I seem to be able to log in ok (I presume so as it shows the music library tab empty)
I have stopped and Restarted SS and cleared jetty cache but still nothing shows :?
Yep it certainly a clean interface especially with no album art or artist names cluttering it up :D
I am using a subsonic context path so I am accessing via server:port/subsonic/MiniSub
If anyone has any ideas what the problem may be please share

ps I did rename the directory to MiniSub as "tsquillario-MiniSub-65769fd" seemed to be a bit hard to remember
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, Image but some abuse the privilege!

Due to the confusion from too many genres of music, we have decided to put both country music and rap music into the genre of Crap music.

Lovely on my desktop, flat out dosn't work on iOS 4.2.1 though, which is odd because going to http://kolber.github.com/audiojs/ works fine

It looks like your trial license has expired. When it is all API functions will but cut off however the main SubSonic website will continue to work.

Are you using an iPhone or iPad? I don't have either on hand to test. I will see if I can test on another persons. I just released an update today, try that out.

For some reason only in Safari I get this message, if I use IE9 or Google Chrome it's not an issue playing music.

Error loading: "http://My.MusicServer.com:3232/rest/stream.view?v=1.5.0&c=subweb&f=json&id=473a5c4b65246861202d20416e696d616c5c4b65246861202d20416e696d616c202d203031202d20596f7572204c6f7665204973204d7920447275672e6d7033"

Would you know what is causing this...I haven't tested on my iPad yet.

Thanks...

Wow, I really love that clean interface! Kinda similar to the new Google Music UI (music.google.com). It would be awesome if Sindre incorporated this new setup as the default for all future builds. But all of the existing features, options, etc would need to be implemented into it. Great job!

For users getting 404 trying to set up it, I solved it on my Windows Server by zipping it inside subsonic.war (it's a compressed file) and restarting subsonic. I suspect that maybe on other platforms, the web server contents are unzipped and because of this, the author's instructions don't work on Windows ;)

I stumbled across this in another forum. Save the folder you download into the directory on you computer that subsonic is installed: Jetty/xxxx/webapp
I renamed the folder from the zip file to MiniSub.

For me my directory path is as follows: C:\subsonic\jetty\2385\webapp\MiniSub

Thank you! That worked perfectly!

Thanks for working on this. I got the player installed and can access it, but no music shows up. Any ideas? I'm not on a trial license. Thanks!
