Sway.fm Unified Music Media Keys not working in Chrome App

Hello - I use the MiniSub Chrome App on a 2012 MacBook Pro as follows:

  • OSX 10.8.2
  • Chrome Version 24.0.1312.57
  • Minisub change log states: 1/15/2013 - 2.4.1
The changelog for v2.3.8 states support for Sway.fm Unified Music Media Keys, but I am unable to get this to work and the Toolbar button reports that no music is currently playing. However if I access Deezer in the same browser, the media keys work just fine:

Has anyone else seen this? In all other respects MiniSub & Subsonic is working perfectly.

Any advice greatly appreciated

I worked with the Sway.fm folks and it's not going to work with the MiniSub Chrome App, it only works if you have MiniSub installed beside Subsonic in the jetty (or tomcat) folder.

* See the Manual Install method

I have just installed the newest jamstash version in apache. Playback works great, but still not the Unify.fm media keys. Any ideas? Or is this feature currently broken?

Thanks!
Great program

Sway.fm should be working in the latest 3.1.1 release up on https://github.com/tsquillario/Jamstash and http://jamstash.com/beta
