Touch Screen Scroll Controls?

I frequently use my iPad to stream my music collection, and I was a die-hard audiogalaxy user, that is until it was shut down on Jan. 31. I have now turned to Subsonic and MiniSub as a replacement, and I am very pleased with what I found. The only thing I wish MiniSub would have, is an easier way for touchscreen to scroll through songs/artists. It seems as though the only way to navigate through my music is by manually scrolling down stroke by stroke, and it is very inconvienient for me.
I had tried "subtunes" before MiniSub, which has a function on the side that allows me to do this, but Subtunes has not been updated for many months, and it is completely unresponsive to my iPad.
Is there any way a solution could be added in the future? Is there already a solution I have overlooked?

Yea I'd like to integrate one of the jQuery multi-touch libraries into MiniSub. This will make much more touch-friendly. I have many plans...never enough time lol.
