Not seeing a buffer signal (?).
You've got a PM from me - If I pause for a short period of time, it's fine. If it's over a minute, it resumes but then goes quiet until the song ends.
I

Hi,
I have had a look linked up to your server (thanks for that).
I can replicate the issue (the same one I get after a looooong pause) but my debug code also picks this up and re-buffers and plays the rest of the song.
Can you check that you are running build 0.1.0.142 of SubWiji.

The buffering is shown in the screenshot below...
Test.png

In my tests the song will stop, buffer and then resume...instead of going on silent...
Now I am also having trouble even replicating this (by leaving it paused for 5 minutes), its not bombing out as before...you did say that you had increased the memory limit that Subsonic server can use. Maybe this was part of the issue? (viewtopic.php?t=3939)
Let me know how you get on when you can look at the version you have of SubWiji tomorrow.
Cheers

Hey just wanted to say thanks to Paul for working with me yesterday and this morning to get this bug worked out. You don't realize how important a simple feature like pausing and resuming is until you're using it at work and have to pause to answer the phone/talk to co-workers off and on through the day. As of this morning, everything is working great!

Thanks again!

Latest version seems to have a few problems (Just auto-updated) :(
eg: Will not connect to server - using both my subsonic.org address or using IP:port address - reports 404 error
Also if I try to clear the cache it generates a auto crash dump so you should be getting a report.
I do like the crash report feature - nice touch!

Hi,
I found the issue, it doesn't resolve if you use this URL: server.subsonic.org/subsonic

BUT does if you use this URL: server.subsonic.org/subsonic/

The problem is the last / when using a sub directory to connect to Subsonic and SubWiji

Sorry about that its a bit annoying but I have added code to allow for this and if the backslash is not present then it will add it to the connection code.
I have just released the update but its unto you either you can accept the new version OR you can add the /
:)

Cheers

Hi,
As for the Clear Cache option this will only work if you have a My Music folder in Windows and permissions to edit that folder.
If you can tell me your version of Windows and if you have a Username/Libraries/Music folder setup that will help me handle the error.

Cheers

That would explain the problem as I do not have any music on my pc - its all on my server :)
I was only trying to clear cache to try to get subwiji to connect (Monkeys hitting keys - sometimes works :D )

Yes I don't mean have you got Music on your computer, I mean the default windows My Music folder (can be blank), is where SubWiji stores the Cover Art.

A big ask I know, but would it be possible to move the bar to the side of the screen?
At the top it gets in the way of my browser tabs, at the bottom it's in the way of my object dock

Hi,
That has been requested before and is in the list but isn't easy to do quickly so it looks good.
I will add your "vote" to my Toro list, also you can auto hide when on the top of the screen if that helps?
Cheers

BTW, where are the files located? I looked for it but couldn't find it, and well... my current C: has about 2000 .png's to search through :)

no problem with the subwiji lock to the side, I can always work around it, but it'd help is all.
