[Feature request] Registration engine

Hi MadEvil !

I know this request was posted in the main topic, but would it be possible to include a registration engine in madsonic ?
To more precise, it would be good to have :

- possibility for new users to register on the main page
- email validation
- admin approval
- captcha code

If I remember correctly, this feature was planned, but not scheduled yet.

I think I read somewhere that MadEvil was working on Facebook integration for his 4.8 version. I'm working on something similar, but having problems getting the "FB Login" part to work.
