[Feature request] subsonic.org domain

Hi !
Would it be possible to include the possibility to use a subsonic.org domain in madsonic ?
It was possible in the 4.6 version.

For now, the only way to do it is to install subsonic and configure it before upgrading to madsonic.

If you check out no-ip.org, they can provide a free DNS sub-domain name under one of their domains - the one I use is under "servemp3.com" which kinda fits what I'm trying to accomplish... lol

My subsonic.org domain works in Madsonic. I upgraded from vanilla subsonic 4.7.

However my shares are broken. It is using http://localhost instead of my subsonic.org domain.

since Build 3216 you can enable/disable Subsonic premium Services (optional in GeneralSettings.view)
