When a album contains many numbers like my 12 years top 2000 ( 2000 songs ) you can't scroll. I uses the latest mod and try different skins and adjustments. This also happens with all albums with 25 numbers and more.

I don't see that on my site. My Billboard top 100 albums all scroll fine. What OS and browser?

I have 2 sites running Madsonic, one on Windows Server 2008R2, and another on Windows Home Server v1 (Win 2003) and I use Chrome to access both. The only time I find minor display issues is if I enable SSL. Other than that, Madsonic runs very stable and problem free for me.
I also run the latest Java versions for each install. The Server 08 is the WAR version on Tomcat 6.0.36 and the WHS runs the standard Windows package.
If you are on an SSL connection, try disabling it to see if that has any impact.
I'd also try going into Settings/Peraonal and unchecking/rechecking the settings for Custom Scroll bar enabled. Left Frame resizable. and the other settings to see if they change things.
A server reboot never - well almost never - hurts.
Try clearing your browser cache as well,

Just noticed the title of the folder as "Top 2000" hits.
If you're loading 2000 tracks at one time, it may take too long and just time out. Historically, Subsonic has worked best with a many folders/ smal number of tracks/folder model. That has improved in the latest version as more functions have beem moved into the database, but 2000 tracks in one folder is probably what's causing your problem. The scrollbar will probably appear once, if ever, all the tracks are listed.

I did some more testing on my son's PC and saw similar behavior on his PC using IE9.
I always use Chrome at my desktop for Sub/Mad sonic and don't see the same behaviors. I do see some anomalies even in Chrome when I change the zoom level to anything but 100% so i think there are still some issues to be ironed out with frame and scroll bar behaviors that aren't always consistent in all environments/browsers/zoom levels.

I can confirm that this issue is not just repeatable but, prevalent on Windows 7 with IE8/9 and Windows 8 and 8Pro with IE 10.
Scroll Bars are present in the configuration settings, but not on folders that contain audio files irrespective of whether or not the folder physically contains 2000 or only 40 audio files. This is one issue that needs a little more investigation. Other than that it is a beautiful mod, one I hope to use once the scroll bars are present.

Definately an issue with Windows installed server. Anytime the number of tracks would require a scroll bar...forget it. IE 9.
