With the installation of the previous two builds of MadSonic, Microsoft Security Essentials is detecting a java exploit. If left quarantined MadSonic does not run.

Any explanation of what is going on?

Upgrade to the latest version of Java. I'm on the same build (3280) and just completed a scan, with no errors. I'm using AVG and the most recent version of Java.

Madsonic is build on

*) 32bit Windows 7
*) Java JDK 1.7_09

it seams the problem isn't new to the MS scan engine --> viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10246

i look for a workaround!
best regards

PS: check your system if only the last JRE/JDK is installed and active.

Last: 1.6.37 or 1.7.09

After 4.8.beta1 (build 3206) , subsonic gives errors, and doesnt show my music folders, only network folders.
So im back to 4.8.beta1 (build 3206) , and all works fine again.
