Subsonic Forum

Upgraded from 20130117_subsonic-MashupMod-4.8.3320.beta3-setup to 20130307_subsonic-MashupMod-4.8.3360.beta3-setup but I get the error below:

It appears on the browser bar on the left of the screen, and depending on what page i'm viewing, in the main screen.

I tried to downgrade to 20130215_subsonic-MashupMod-4.8.3350.beta3-setup but same thing.

After I downgrade to 20130117_subsonic-MashupMod-4.8.3320.beta3-setup it's back to normal.

This looks like a typical case of Java problems, Installation/upgrade can fail pretty easily if rushed or other processes are going on that corrupt the installation attempt.

I've found it easiest to uninstall all Java instances, install the latest Java and then reinstall Madsonic. You can usually keep the C:\Subsonic directory intact and retain your data.
