3.8.5 Still Chugging Battery

I uninstalled an earlier version and just install 3.8.5. I am still seeing the "Media" item eating my battery at alarming rates. I'm on an SIII stock ROM.

I would really like to switch back to DSub, but I can't with this bug. Any ideas what might be causing it?

Well I'm not really sure what is causing it. It doesn't happen on any of my phones and there is nothing special I am doing with the media framework that I can think of that should be causing issues like that
