Feature Request - Rewind Button

Postby danragatz » Fri Apr 19, 2013 3:16 pm

Hi. I love your app and use it daily. One thing I would love to see is a 10-15 second rewind button. I use subsonic for podcasts & audiobooks--in addition to music-- and it's extremely difficult to back up a short time (say 15 seconds) using the slider. Having a way to back up a few seconds would be ideal. In addition, when the playback pauses for a phone call, I usually lose a few seconds. It would be nice if the app would jump back a few seconds after the call. But, having a rewind button would help with this too.

Anyway, thanks for the great app.

Hold the back button down and it will skip back. Also swiping up will go back about 10 seconds.

Thanks! That works great. How about holding down the earphone button to skip back?

Sorry, to sound stupid, but what is a earphone button?

On my headphones, there is a button where the microphone is that I press to start/stop the playback. On some apps, when you hold the button you can have it do something else like skip to the next track, or skip back 10 seconds, etc...

Well, I thought I posted up a test build last night but I guess I must have pressed preview or something instead so here we go. I think this build should do what you are asking for. Can you test it out and let me know?
