[REQ] - Preload limits for wifi and cellular

I Would love a change to the "Music cache" settings to have two options.

Songs to preload WiFi

And

Songs to preload cellular

I'm not sure this is a useful setting but it would be helpful to me with limited data.

That probably wouldn't be hard to add. I will have to add that for the next release.
