Question on Chromecast support with DSub

My subsonic (madsonic) server is hiding in my basement crawl space. So, having a jukebox mode doesn't help me much. What I am looking for is to be able to have my phone/dSub send music to a madsonic client.

Would chromecast be able to do this? Would DSub send the music/playlist/etc to a chromecast on the LAN ?

If there is some documentation somewhere I'd be glad to go through it.

DSub does not send music to another client, but it does send music to a Chromecast wherever you have it setup at.

Thanks for the quick reply. So if I have a chromecast plugged in somewhere I can send playlists etc. from my android phone to the chromecast - do I understand that right? The chromecast is acting like a dlna client (?).
