Playing Single Song

Postby noleech » Mon Nov 23, 2015 9:31 pm

Hi All,

I just downloaded DSUB for android to test and I'm trying to play a Single song in an album, but DSUB loading the whole album to the player. Let me start on how my set up is on my Subsonic server. My physical folders are Genre, Artist, Album, and then songs. so the plath to play would be Genre\Artist\Album\song file. When I used DSub, I went into my artist's album and just want to play a single song, it would load all the songs within that album into my player. With Sindre Mehus's client app for android, i was able to play a single song without having the album being loaded up into the player. This way I could add the next song from a different artist. I understand i can create a playlist, but i would like to play the song first to see if i like it or not before i add to playlist. Please add this feature in.

the setting above was already checked. I figured out how the app works. I have to hold the selected song down and then click the play button on the top right. before I was just tapping on the song without holding it down. On the other hand, I tried holding the selected song down and opened up the menu option to see if there was a play now, but there was no option for that.

Anyway, maybe a feature in the future, I think it would be better if I could just tap on a song and it would give me the option to play now, play next, or what ever the option is. Or just play the single with just one tap on the selected song. Else holding the selected song down would give the option to play now, etc....

Great App so far in playing my WMA files and loading my MKV videos. Thanks for the help.
