Seems in the last few versions the notifications have gone from the notification draw and lockscreen. I am using and 5.1.1 (ASOP). I have multirom so i have tested in 4.4.4 and all notifications work fine. Any chance you could double check please.

This sounds like a custom rom issue. It is showing up for me on 5.1.1 stock

Normally I would agree however I haven't changed my ROM in about a year and it was fine for ages it just stopped working after a DSub update update.
