Refresh Album Art?

I've updated album art on my Subsonic server, but the old artwork is still showing in DSub. How do I force DSub to refresh the artwork? Pulling down from the album and artist doesn't work.

DSub caches the album art. I wish Subsonic would change the coverArt parameter when the art changes, but as of now there isn't actually any way to check if it has changed.

Is there a way to delete the art cache in DSub without deleting all the cached songs?
