Request for Android Wear

Firstly, thank you for DSub, it is great and I use it daily!

I also love the Android Wear functionality (I have a Huawei Watch v1), but would like to request a feature if at all possible: now I have to start playing from the smartphone and only then can I control DSub from my smartwatch. Is it possible to modify the code so that I can also start playing from my smartwatch?
