What server type/version are you using?

Yah I see the problem now on my MusicCabinet install. I will push out a fix later this evening when I get home from work.

Do the widgets use different album art files than the ones used when playing an album in the app? They seem very low res in the widgets. I was making the 4x4 widget the entire size of my tablet page, but the art looks awful. Can anything be done about this, or is it a issue with the server?

Ah I will have to look into it later but I might be using the low quality image that normally are used for thumbnails

I purchased DSub last week (I know I could get it for free, but $4 to support a good program was worth it). My SS server took a dump immediately after. I have rebuilt it and am using DSub on my Nexus 7 and dock right now. I love it!

I was curious if this has been included?

I know I've had this issue before. I saw daneren2005 in the post, but I don't recall reading anything in the Change Log about these features being added. Just curious as I've had this issue on the stock SSA (SubSonic Android) app many times in the past. Thanks for this awesome app!

I never actually did get around to it because I had forgotten. Out of curiosity are you having the same issue with DSub right now?

I actually can't get DSub to respond to my headphone's remote. Or PowerAmp. It could be the ROM I'm running on my Nexus 7. USBROM from Timur.

USBROM is based on Cyanogen 10.1 which lost support for AVRCP when they migrated to Android 4.2+ because Google switched to the Broadcom stack for Bluetooth. This broke a lot of the custom AVRCP implementations that were in many ROMs previous to Android 4.2. See the following CyanogenMod JIRA ticket for more information: https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/CYAN-20

The good news is that Google itself is implementing AVRCP in the next major version of Android OS: http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/05/15/bluetooth-low-energy-and-avrcp-1-3-coming-to-android-with-api-level-18/ They announced this last month at Google I/O. You can watch the talk here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EC5-cEbr520 it should be about 24 minutes in where they specifically address AVRCP. However, at this point Google has yet to announce a release date for Android 5.0. So, most ROMs/people are just waiting until we can finally have AVRCP back again.

Of course if you wanted it back immediately you could always revert to a ROM or other Android version that is based on pre-Android 4.2. CyanogenMod 10 should still work for you on your Nexus 7. = )

Since my issue above deals with a headphone/earbud remote (not _just_ BlueTooth) it's not just the AVRCP issue. It seems that someone else is not able to get headphone/earbud remotes to work with DSub either.

Sorry. I inferred AVRCP because the link in your first post specifically mentioned AVRCP. I figured your headphones were Bluetooth headphones.

I can see where you would have inferred that. I didn't specify, so, my bad

EDIT: I can say that after answering a Hangouts Video call, that DSub did pause, but didn't resume after the call ended.

EDIT #2: Can we get a "Permanent Exit" button on the pull down notification shade? It's faster to hit that than going to the main DSub screen, menu, then EXIT. Please? :P

The hangouts video app has to release audio focus or DSub has no way of knowing it can resume. There isn't a whole lot I can do about that.
