3.5.1 Release Update: 3.5.2 quick fix

As requested I'm throwing up an update for 3.5.1:

New:
Updated theme to be in line with Subsonic
Playlists cached in .m3u format so other players can use them
Hold prev/next to skip around in song
Clicking arrows brings up context menus
Action on temp loss of audio focus is an option
Nicer looking widget

Bugs:
Various incorrect behaviors
Crash on playlists with invalid characters in name

Just released a quick fix update to fix the issue with the extra controls not appearing on all phones.
