I just updated to the latest version but can't figure out how to turn jukebox mode on now. It used to be on the now playing screen next to the cover art as "RC" I think. Thanks.

If you press on the album art there are some options that come up. I think it's in there.

EQ Disappearing

Postby Alpione » Wed Nov 21, 2012 5:45 pm

All,

Anyone else seen the EQ and other buttons disappearing from the Playing screen? I've tried several different files and restarted the app. I just get the album art, if any, and the basic player controls at the bottom.

Thanks.

Thanks for the response, but I'm afraid pressing the album art does nothing. I have tried long presses, double taps & all sorts :-(

Maybe I can be more specific. While playing a song, if I'm at the now playing screen I can simply press the album art and small black bar pops up under the album art. It has four options: RC, EQ, VIS, and Star. After a couple of seconds it fades away and disappears. Is that how you tried it?

Thanks for the clarification. That is exactly what I am trying, but no menu appears. Most odd.

Just tried it on the official Subsonic Android app & I see the menu on the album art, but I don't see it in DSub :-(

Very strange... I would try clearing the app's cache and maybe even re-installing.

I just tried clearing the cache. No joy. Then tried reinstalling & rebooting but I still see no menu. A bug perhaps? I'm on Jelly Bean on a Galaxy Nexus.

The EQ option is available for me when I press on the album art on the now playing screen. It pulls up a black bar below the artwork with various options, including EQ. Does this bar come up if you press the album art?

A bug I guess... I"m on CM10 on HTC One S. I guess we will have to see what the dev says. I noticed a similar problem here.

Haven't tested the new version but I did notice on my froyo device, the buttons to the right of the album art did not appear though they do on my gingerbread device. My froyo device is very low resolution, wonder if this is the cause?

I made a mistake in the layout so that on smaller screens apparently the controls are hidden behind the album art. I will fix it and release an update after work this afternoon. Sorry about this.
