Mostly just bug fixes and attempts at fixing the playback issues.

Fixed numerous crashes
Changed minimum space available from 5% to 500MB
Fix for some causes of stuttering playback
Fix for some phones resetting to the beginning of the song
Fix for lowering all volume instead of just app when navigation is playing

Edit: I added the download here since apparently Github has discontinued uploaded files

I just tested the latest version using mp3>ogg. 13 secs. in the first track finished downloading and the playerstopped playing the track and I had to restart the playback. It didn't auot restart or jump to the next track as I had observed previously. After that playback proceeded normally.

I know this has been a nagging bug for all of us using Jelly Bean. Thanks for all your efforts. I'll report anything else I see as I test further, but if that's the only remaining bug, I can certainly live with it until the answer is found.

Seems fine with mp3 playback.

Upgraded this morning and listened to music in the car. I started playing an album that was saved locally (FLAC). The first 2 songs played and then the music stopped. DSUB would not respond and eventually Android gave me the option to kill it. I restarted and the next song played completely but it would not move to song number 4. I had to press the 'next track' button. After song 4 finished, song 5 started normally.

Prior to this update I did not have any issues playing tracks. I did get the stuttering when songs were downloading in the background, but since I almost always preload my music, this has not been a big deal.

BTW - The album I played this morning has been on my phone for a few weeks and always played perfectly. I am 99% certain the tracks were not the cause.

BTW - I'm running ICS on my Galaxy S2. It is rooted with the original ROM.

Alright I'm sorry about that. I'll try to get a fix out later this evening. Are you able to send me a log of what's happening dewd?

Hi Darren,

I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post a request, so pardon me if not.

I love the dark theme, except for the white bar at the top. Any chance you could make it match then style of the Holo theme's top bar in the next release?

Not really the right place, but by match do you mean have the bluish background for the bar in the black theme? That would look pretty weird...

That is not what mean. Here's a mockup of what I think would look good:

Ah alright. Yah just changing the color to be black would be a simple change. I will put that in for the next release.

Sorry, I do not have a log (unless you can tell me how to get old logs from my phone).

FWIW, I tried it again at lunch and got similar results. The first 2 songs play then silence. I press Next and get the next song, it finishes, then silence again.

I restored to the previous version. If I have time tonight I will re-install and see if I can get a log.

A few more details about my setup. I am using my S2 in Samsung's official car dock. The dock directs the audio out of the dock's aux port to my stereo. I also connect via bluetooth for phone calls.

Install the app called Catlog from the play store.

But the log file is not kept that long (it overwrites itself). The errors occurred this morning. Unless I'm not understanding (a real possibility  ), I do not believe I can provide much help.

You would have to reinstall and if the issue persists then check the log.

There is also alogcat that works good.

You made it sound like the issue was reproducible. If so, here's what you do:

1. Install catlog.

2. Start it recording before the issue occurs.

3. Stop it recording after the issue occurs.

4. Email log to dev.

Well I'm releasing my best guess for a fix. Without some logs I have no way of pin pointing what is going on as I can't reproduce it. Let me know if it hurts/helps.
