Nothing major, just a couple of fixes for issues people have reported as well as a bunch of minor features people have requested the last few months.
Changelog:
Buffer Length option - set it to 0 if you want to not play files until finished downloading
Cache album art in same folder so 3d party apps can display it
Playlist info - see if it's public or not (4.7+)
Playlist update - change if it's public or not (4.7+)
Keep aspect ratio of album art in landscape mode
Improved offline search (matches whole words + sorts by relevance)
Added delete option to artist/album long press menus
Fixed shuffle sometimes not working
Fixed cache not working

Looking forward to testing this. Thanks!
I'm guessing this was easier to implement than all of the other work you already did messing around with the buffering issues.

Oh yah. That took me maybe 30 minutes to an hour. But then again the only reason why I knew exactly where to look and what to change is because I had so recently just examined and rexamined the guts of that class already.

Some people were reporting that the shuffle was crashing for them so I reupdated 3.7.0 with a small fix.

Updated to 3.7.0 on HTC Desire running Android 2.2.2. I'm currently experiencing a couple of issues:
1) in online mode I'm able to contact server and see library contents, but clicking on artist brings up java.lang.String.IsEmpty error
2) in offline mode, I can no longer see album art
Regards

Does this also happen on the test server or just your server? I'm not seeing this issue on my server.

It's on the test server as well as my own server, but going back to 3.6.9 it all seems fine, so I'm reverting to that for now

Sorry, I once again forgot that isEmpty wasn't supported until 2.3. Here is 3.7.1 which eliminates the use of isEmpty.
And you will have to browse to the folders again to redownload the album art because the location for it changed.

I guess it will take a little while for 3.7.1 to show up in the play store?

OK - thanks, given 3.7.1 a try, but still get the IsEmpty error - on both the demo server and my own server. Any thoughts?

Send me a log so I can see where you are getting the error. I probably just missed one somewhere.

Ok I hope this is the last case of isEmpty. This is 3.7.2 with Android 2.2 fixed. Nothing else should be changed so it's not a big deal for others to update.
