is Airplay an option?

Ive recently been using an appletv to play all my videos and music from my ipad/pc/android and was wondering if built in airplay support would be possible in dsub.

I am able to use apps like AirAudio https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... u.airaudio to send the audio to the atv but it doesnt always work and Im wishing it was built into the music app.

From what I understand airplay was opened up recently to allow developers to use it but I havent seen it built into many android apps so Im not sure if this is even possible.

Thanks

It's on the todo list. No idea when I will get to it though. It's not like it's a simple thing to do and I have a lot of things ahead of it to do first. I don't think it was opened up, I think someone just made a library for devs to use in their apps.

FWIW, Allstream from Kinetics does a great job of this to my Pioneer wireless speakers, either dlna or airplay..also does Chromecast.
