Dsub + Music Cabinet = No Podcast support?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has the configuration mentioned in the title, with podcasts playing. I get this in the log:

Anytime I try to play a podcast. They show up properly, buffer a bit, but will not play. I assume this is because music cabinet does not have the latest subsonic REST API but I just wanted to check if anyone else has this working to rule out something wrong with my specific setup.

If anyone wants to make me a temp username/password, I can look into whether or not it is a server or a client problem.

I think my issue was different - trying to subscribe to the Music Cabinet podcast (http://server/podcast). The player I was using doesn't accept m3u playlists as a podcast. On another note I wasn't able to get Music Cabinet to give the login prompt like Subsonic 4.9.

Anone use the podcast rss feed for playlists? What do you play it on?

Yeah that is a separate issue. He was asking about playing podcasts in DSub.

I have this same issue with Dsub and Music Cabinet. I figured it was just an incompatibility.
Daneren2005, I will create you a UN and PW for my setup and send it over in a PM. Hopefully that will be helpful.

Alright, it appears to be a MusicCabinet problem. When trying to download the podcast, the server is only sending a couple of KB, then closing the connection, then trying again. It looks like it is throwing an internal error on the server. Once again though, because MusicCabinet is no longer being actively developed this will probably never be fixed.
