Remove already played items from "Now Playing" list

Postby KBanause » Wed Mar 12, 2014 7:03 am

What I mean is that all songs above the current should get removed.
The list can get very long sometimes. And since it's not possible to select multiple items at once, it's annoying to remove each song above the current one individually or to remove all songs from the list (which interrupts playback) and to add the wanted songs again.

An alternative may be a menu option "Remove song from Now Playing list once it has been played once"

This feature definitely needs to be optional. (ie: it is the opposite behaviour of what I would want or expect)

I for myself, just want an additional menu option while being on the playlist to remove all songs above the current one.

Alternatively it should be possible to select multiple songs and then delete those selected ones.

I can add it to the todo list as an optional feature. I am leaning towards having it as a togglable option in the now playing menu (similar to screen on/off). This seems like the sort of thing that most people would want sometimes on, and sometimes off, so there is no point in burying it under the normal settings.

I would much rather have 'batch mode' to delete. That should satisfy everyone!
