Sync Recently Added not working

Running version 4.6.3 and have 'Sync Recently Added' selected, however it doesn't sync anything in the Recently Added list on wifi or not.

Have plenty of space available on the sync folder.

Podcast syncing is working flawlessly.

What can I check to see what's going on?

Just to make sure we are on the same page, you do realize it only adds new stuff correct? It only only sync stuff added after you turn that on.

Yup I understand that. It's been on for a while and I even get a notification that new items have been added to 'Recently Added' but nothing gets sync'd.

After you get the notification, can you go down and look at the album and see if anything at all was sync'd? Ie: only a few songs were downloaded, but not the entire album? Also, what are most recent things you are adding? I have a specific exception for Podcasts because those are usually giant folders that most people don't want to download everything of.

Just added a new album, and received the 'DSub: New Media is available' notification.

I click it and it loads the app. I check in Recently Added and I see the album, but nothing has synched at all.

Podcast syncing works flawlessly; it's the normal music files/albums that don't sync.

I have a Galaxy S4 btw.

Do you have Browse By Tags checked by any chance? If you do I found a huge issue with it. I also found a issue where the notification is shown even if nothing is downloaded (only for most recent sync).
