Losing Shuffle Playlist

I recently switched to a new micro sd card and updated to 4.7.3 at the same time and now my shuffle playlist keeps disappearing after awhile. Any idea what might be causing this? Thanks for any help you can give. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Light with android 4.2.2
