Video stops after 5-10 sec

Hi

I have problems with playing video,
If I choose raw playing with mx player it only stand still and loads without anything happening,
Do I change to hls with mx player it start the movie and plays perfectly for 5-10 sec
then it stops.
if I change to mv in mxplayer (from HW) video plays smoothly but the sound disappears after 5-10 sec. (the video keeps playing)

I use Madsonic server, but have also tested with subsonic, with the same results.
my Android version is 4.4.2
