Dsub pausing for.no reason

I've been using dsub with no problems for some years now. Lately sometimes it pauses while playing songs. However those songs are cached and there are no incoming calls. I'm using the latest stable release . Any suggestions?

TIA

Ignacio

Remove any other media players. They sometimes misbehave and ask for audio focus is the background.

I'm getting sporadic transient volume dropouts playing through bluetooth. Started with the latest update. Is that the same thing, perhaps?

Could it be the same issue that I've been experiencing with the official app and tried to explain here: http://forum.subsonic.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14687

That is since the latest update of the Subsonic Android app, everytime something else make a sound (for example Waze warnings or incoming mail) the bluetooth volume gets lowered to the bottom so I don't hear anything (neither mail sound, waze warnings or music) until the other sound is finished, then the bluetooth volume slider is increased again. Really annoying, since it's been working perfect for years up until the latest update a few weeks ago.

I doubt it. The official app implemented the dropping by lowering the volume of the entire phone. DSub only lowers the playback volume. I'm honestly not sure what could be causing the volume to randomly get quieter over Bluetooth for jsonnabend.

I have been having this happen lately also. Can you clarify when you say "remove media players", do you mean all of them, like pandora, spotify, etc?

I mean the one causing the problem. I doubt it's one of the big ones, and there is no way for me to determine which one is causing the issue.

I'm not experiencing pausing, so much as outright stopping. In the last 2-3 weeks, I've noticed that if I try to browse or do other things on my phone while DSub is playing, it frequently just stops playing. When I open the app and hit Play, it restarts the song at the beginning...

I will need you to send me a log after it stops.
