[Feature Request] Tempo/Pitch Control

I might be in the minority here, but on my PC I frequently use Pitch/Tempo control plugins such as 'SoundTouch' for foobar2000 and 'Fourier Pitch/Tempo Control' for Winamp to adjust the speed of Music as well as Audio Books/Training. I am not even aware of other apps that provide similar functionality to know if this is even possible in android; but would love this ability as native functionality if not too difficult to accomplish and of course if there is enough demand.

This is also already on my TODO list, but has no ETA. At the moment, there are a ton of other things I would rather work on instead unfortunately.
