Request - Don't flash white screen on run

When DSub is launched for the first time, it flashes a white screen for a brief second. Normally, no big deal, however, I sometimes like to listen to music at night in bed, with my wife sleeping (or drifting off) next to me. I use dark themes wherever possible, including with DSub. But even though I am using a dark theme inside DSub, it flashes a white screen when I run it, and in pitch blackness, it is quite bright. Is this white screen necessary, and if so, could it be changed to black if the user has a dark theme selected?

So, you see, it's not normally a big deal, and even in the situation I described, it's still not a big deal, but it would be nice if it could be addressed.

Unfortunately there is no way to set change the default splash page that appears before the app is finished launching. I am already changing the theme at the earliest opportunity that the code allows. One thing someone suggested was to use a transparent theme for the default, but that just makes it feel like the app isn't responding when you click the icon. I am playing with changing the default to dark, but that is just as jarring in the opposite direction.
