Artist, album, track names not showing on Car radio display

Hey all

So, this happened to me once before with my Samsung S3 and I do not recall how I fixed it. I have an Alpine CDE-HD137BT car radio. When I play music via DSub with my Samsung Galaxy S5, the artist, album name and track title do not show up on the radio screen. It only shows "artist", "album" and "song".

I still have the S3. Lately, I have been using my S3 for music and S5 for everything else, but I ultimately want to migrate to the S5 exclusively. The artist, album name and track title show up when I play music from the S3, but on the S5 it only shows "artist", "album" and "song". I have both phones linked with as media the Alpine's bluetooth. Could that be an issue?
