black and white background on the context menu

Currently, the white background shows up only when selecting (long pressing) a song/artist/album, etc. With all other times it is black/dark which it makes it difficult to see on a dark (Holo) background theme.
Not that I use it, but the context menu has a white background on the white background theme, whether selecting an item or not.

*By the way, when did the subsonic forum disable attachments? I assume it was too much of a load on the server?
