Lost my artwork in dsub

When using dsub, under the library setting and I select an artist, I am no longer getting any artwork. I am just getting text titles. Any thoughts?
I did uninstalled the app and the reinstall make no difference.

Never mind about the problem above, I solved the issue by clearing the cache which is a bummer because I lost 5 servers which I don't have the passwords anymore. Bummer.
