No EQ at all !

* EQ in dsub does nothing DSUB
* EQ in settings does notthing in DSUB
* running latest as of 11/28/2016


I just need EQ inside of dsub ... I can't get EQ in VLC or anything for that matter but sony's §hit music player is the only EQ that works
