I absolutely love this app and how responsive updates/fixes are rolling out.

How would you know where to add the bookmark if you can't hear what is being played? It is extremely easy to create a bookmark on any track, I just want to know the usefulness of it.

My initial goal for the feature was to be able to get the bare minimum set of functionality in there to save/delete and playback from a bookmark. I think I have accomplished that. I probably will add information about the individual bookmarks later. That is why I am asking for feedback. Let the people who use it tell me what they would like to see.

Hello,

i discover Ultrasonic last week and it's perfect for connect to my subsonic server.

I move the cache folder like in subsonic official to the sd card in my galaxy note 2.

My problem i can't read anything with ultrasonic en offline mode, i see the mp3 in the UI but nothing is read.
The same config works perfectly with subsonic app.

I use the cache folder to put with the my personnal mp3 files too.

Thanks for this great app.

Any chance you could provide a logcat while trying to play in offline mode?

I search about logcat, i download catlog in the play, but my phone is NOT root (Galaxy Note 2)

if you explain maybe i can obtain what you need.

I know Samsung use i specific path for the SD card:
My cache Path: /storage/extSdCard/Cache/subsonic

When i play offline files, below ULTRASONIC (at the top left of the UI), appears in french "Mise en mémoire" like when i'm on line but no sound and the chrono bar didn't move.

Sorry for my english.

I just installed UltraSonic (1.2.0.7) and connected it to my Subsonic 4.6 server and it's working well with one caveat: Playback stops after each track.
Steps to reproduce for me are:
Browse to some album/song and que up an arbitrary number of songs (2 or more). Start playback.

After playback of the first track is complete the album art + meta-data for the second track is displayed but there is no audio coming or progress of playback.
The play/pause button is still displaying the pause icon is if it is in playback mode. To resume playback I have to press the play/pause button.

This seems to be a milder version of the Subsonic app bug related to bookmarks; where the official Subsonic app completely refuses to display any information when browsing outside of the playlists section.

*EDIT* I managed to get two consecutive tracks to play by first queuing up one track from playlist A and then several more tracks from playlist B. After playback of the song from playlist A was completed the first track from playlist B played. The second track from playlist B paused instantly however.

Hi, I have a question:

What does the "Directory Cache Time" option do?

Thanks!

Why is the "album" listing paginated while the "artist" view is continuous scrolling. Love ultrasonic!

Any more progress on a bigger, sexier widget? I brought it up a couple pages ago (last summer). Really hoping to have one that highlights album art like these examples:

I installed this and changed my RAZR M to the sdcard /storage/sdcard1/ultrasonic/music. When i add an album it just stalls and says Downloading 0 B. Subsonic client connects and downloads the same album fine. Any ideas?

@madhusker: which version of android is it running? In 4.4 there are issues with restriction of some apps writing to SD Card.

Can we donate somewhere?
