Hi all,

V15 of AVSub is out now and adds the following new features:

- 10 band equaliser with customisable presets
- Second server configuration

The following fixes have been made too

- Fixed background download issues for some users
- Fixed un-shuffle crash
- Other stability fixes

Based on some iTunes reviews, it looks like Chromecast was accidentally enabled for all in a previous release! This was never the intention and it was always meant to be an in-app purchase. Sorry for any confusion!

I've started V16 - already added Quick Action icons for 6S users and will be adding Subsonic playlist management.

Any chance we can get video downloading/playback? I have only been using AVSub on an iPad and it would be nice to be able to download movies for the kids to play on road trips.

Does anyone know why as of the last version I cannot log into my Subsonic service from AVsub anymore? It was working fine then all of a sudden it started giving Subsonic Server Error: Subsonic returned an unknown error.

I've tried rebooting the server and its doing this on 3 different iOS devices that I have AVSub installed on.

daneren2005 - it already does this - just get the video in-app purchase from the About screen.

boatman - not sure why it would do this. If you set me up a user and send the details to the issues{at}avsubapp.co.uk I'll check it out.

I already have it and don't see an obvious way to cache them. I can only click to play which appears to stream.

daneren2005 - if you left to right swipe on a video, it'll show a download icon.
