V19.1 is out - Chromecast and Replay Gain fixes

V19.1 of AVSub is out, addressing 2 issues:
- Handles Replay Gain tags in both ID3 V2.3 & V2.4 tags
- Support for latest Google Cast firmware updates
It looks like recent firmware updates to Google Cast devices broke AVSub.
I also think there are still Replay Gain improvements that could be made, and these are WIP.
