Cannot Load Folders on Local Network?

Hi there,
I have an issue I'm hoping folks can help me out with. I've noticed that if I browse by folder in AVSub while connected to my local network, I can see the list of artists, but clicking into an artist does nothing--it registers the click, but leaves in me in that list view. However, switching to LTE fixes this issue, and artist folders load normally.
I initially thought this might be a NAT loopback issue, but the server otherwise seems to connect fine, and I can search for specific artists and have all their albums pop up in the search view and play songs successfully while connected to my local network, so I don't think that's it. In case it's related, though, I should mention that I'm connecting to Subsonic via a domain name pointed to my IP on a port that's open in my router's forwarding config.
Any ideas? Thanks.
