well, ok, then. if anybody's trying this again.

I'm aware Subfire 2 on Amazon may not be able to install - I have to go figure out what to do to get my dev creds working again. if you have it installed already it continues to work.

been working on SubFire 5 but I haven't really cracked the issues needed for 'tv' navigation, thus I haven't pushed to Fire yet (also, I'm not sure what's up as it seems there are 3 different Fire operating systems in development/production and I just don't have time to read up on all the differences and what it takes to get deployed).

As a PWA for Android and desktop Chrome it is working great. It won't work in Safari due to missing web-component features.

I'm also experimenting with different ways to "I'll listen to what they're listening to", which can be useful at home (having players in different rooms all playing the same thing as you do things like, say, clean the house) as well as having something sharing as you're slacking with family or friends.

The 'toothbrush timer' app I wrote for my kid is now embedded as a feature in SubFire 5 (Demo). At some point I will start making more separate apps from all of the pieces that are in this catch-all...but hey, real work comes first.
