Cover art issue

I would say about 95% or more of my music has cover art within subsonic. I have gone through and ensure my music was embedded with cover art so that it would show up in subsonic. I have even tried to point to a URL for the images (just to see if it would work) and still regardless if they are embedded or pointed to a URL they will not show up in subsonic. Any help would be appreciated TIA!

What I have discovered so far is that If I do not enable the cover art download, and either use Itunes/Media Monkey to get the cover art or go and find the art myself and put it in the folder then of the album/files then it is ok.

Seems a little cumbersome to me though to have to go through all that.

I found that because I used Media Player to rip/name my music that the cover art was a small thumbnail.

Probably like most people, I had to go through every album and insert the cover art I wanted.

It took time, I just used to do 10 albums a day until it was done, but it meant that I had the correct cover art, of a quality that satisfied me.

Then I backed up all my music with the new cover art

That is basically what I have done.
