Android app stripping ID3 tags, .complete?

I noticed yesterday when I had downloaded songs from multiple albums of the same artist that some of them were showing up as Unknown Artist. Two out of the three albums did this, in fact. I loaded the files up in Winamp from my phone and sure enough, all of the ID3 tags had been completely stripped out.

Could this be happening during transcoding? The reason I ask is the one album that left the fields intact was the one where all the songs were already 192k bitrate, which is what I have the max bitrate set for in Subsonic. So maybe the others are being transcoded and that one wasn't?

I've also noticed that when it finishes downloading a track it adds .complete before the extension. So it starts out as filename.partial and then becomes filename.complete.mp3. Is this working as intended?
