Error writing mp3 output

I was looking through my logs today and I noticed this was popping up pretty sporadically. Upon further looking it appears to happen when two people are utilizing the transcoder. Is there anyway to work around this or will this just happen due to the inability for two people to access the same process at the same time?

FYI: transcoding is set up for mp3s because I have bandwidth cap from my ISP so I need to transcode higher quality files when using SubAir or Android App

Edit: Noticed this at the bottom of the log when no one else was streaming
